Jacob Koch joined Sciocchetti Taber, PLLC as an attorney in October, 2020. Jake’s practice focuses on Commercial Real Estate Transactions, Commercial Leasing, Large Scale Retail Leasing, Solar Farm and Land Leasing, and Landlord Tenant matters. Jake is admitted to practice in the State of New York. Prior to graduation from law school and beginning in 2014, he worked as an intern and law clerk at the Firm, he also worked as a legal intern at the New York State Liquor Authority in the office of the Secretary to the Authority.
He graduated from Albany Law School of Union University, cum laude and holds a B.S. in Business Management from Eastern Nazarene College, cum laude. Jake was recipient of the award for academic excellence in tax law, tax policy, and government finance upon graduation from law school.
